Crystal Dailey works as a Provider Resolution Manager Sr. at Anthem Blue Cross and Shield, where she manages large hospital systems with inventory impacting $500M. Crystal possesses strong project management and managerial skills.  She has worked in healthcare in various roles for over twenty five years.  She obtained her degree in Healthcare Management from Southern New Hampshire University. 

Crystal’s faith is very important to her and she has served in her local church since a very young age.  She currently serves as a Young Adult Pastor at Promise Land Church of God in West Haven. Crystal has a passion for mentoring and coaching. She dedicates her free time mentoring young adults and providing life skills.  Crystal also has a passion for cultivating healthy marriages. In 2020 Crystal obtained a certificate in Marriage and Family Ministry to provide skills to coach and counsel families. Crystal also serves on the Board of Education.
